We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to provide strong software design and engineering expertise while building reliable systems and production-ready services that transform concepts and data-driven insights into scalable solutions. You will join a cross-functional team of software engineers, data scientists, program managers, and designers, collaborating closely with high-impact customers and their teams to develop innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure enterprise security standards are met by building and shipping solutions that adhere to threat modeling, secure coding, and compliance from design to production.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and document architecture design.
- Utilize modern engineering practices (CI/CD, automated testing, observability) to deliver quality solutions quickly.
- Work directly with customer engineering teams to ensure adoption of production-ready solutions at scale.
- Adapt to evolving technologies and customer priorities, providing clarity and momentum in complex situations.
- Foster an environment of trust and continuous improvement while embodying the company's culture and values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline AND experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience building or integrating AI/ML or LLM-based solutions and familiarity with deploying AI systems in production environments.
- Understanding of model evaluation, data quality, and performance monitoring.
- Experience with cloud AI platforms (the company Foundry, OpenAI, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field AND relevant technical engineering experience.
Language Requirements: English proficiency is expected, additional languages may be a plus.
