Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer at the company, you will engage in software engineering activities which include the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions and applications. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Applying scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems.
2. Developing and applying software engineering practices and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance.
3. Exercising original thought and judgment while supervising the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
4. Building skills and expertise in software engineering disciplines to meet expected standards.
5. Collaborating with other software engineers and stakeholders as a team player.

You will be fully competent in your area with a deep understanding of programming concepts, software design, and development principles. You will work autonomously with minimal supervision and act as a key contributor in complex environments, leading team activities in software design and development. Responsibilities also include:

• Understanding internal and external client needs and proactively offering advice.
• Assessing and adapting to project issues and formulating innovative solutions.
• Working under pressure to help the team succeed against technical and commercial goals.
• Managing costs for specific projects or work areas when needed.
