The Growth Insights team is responsible for constructing a scalable, well-integrated analytics ecosystem that empowers the company's Growth and Platform teams to make data-driven decisions confidently. Our mission is to ensure marketing, product, and business analytics data is accurate, reliable, and actionable. This role is crucial in enhancing user interactions and optimizing performance tracking across our analytics infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain shared libraries and best practices for event tracking across multiple codebases.
- Ensure data quality and consistency through building robust validation, monitoring, and alerting systems.
- Document and promote best practices for analytics implementation.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics to ensure alignment with our source of truth.
- Continuously optimize the MarTech stack by evaluating and integrating tools for better tracking and insights.
- Improve event and attribution modeling for accurate insights into user journeys and marketing performance.
- Map and refine event data flows for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support experimentation by designing and implementing A/B testing frameworks.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in frontend development, with strong expertise in React.js (web or React Native) and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of web and mobile tracking technologies and analytics platforms.
- Proven ability to audit, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies in complex tracking systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to align engineering, marketing, and analytics teams.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with frontend testing frameworks and modern build pipelines.
- Familiarity with large-scale data tracking and analytics infrastructure.
- Knowledge of marketing automation solutions and advertising network integrations.
- Understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and decentralized applications.

Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is expected; knowledge of additional languages is a plus due to our diverse team background.
