Senior Software Engineer - Frontend - Onchain

As a Senior Software Engineer focusing on frontend development, you will significantly influence technical decisions and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver new onchain opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers and product managers to understand business needs.
• Work jointly with DevOps throughout the software development lifecycle, from drafting technical specifications to feature development and testing.
• Develop and maintain services that enhance onchain experiences.
• Integrate third-party APIs and multiple blockchain networks into our products.
• Design and implement low-latency, high-availability scalable applications.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Create optimized database schemas.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to hiring.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of full-time engineering experience within a technology organization or fast-growing startup.
• Experience working with blockchain technology and DeFi.
• Proficient in building backend services with Node.js and Typescript.
• Experience in high-volume production quality applications using React or React Native, including state management and client-side systems design.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, SQL, RESTful APIs, and WebSockets.
• Solid understanding of version control best practices and continuous integration.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles for distributed and scalable applications.
• Understanding of user authentication and authorization across different systems.
• A clear passion for software engineering and cryptocurrency, demonstrating end-to-end ownership of tasks.
