Key Responsibilities:

Implement high-impact experiments to drive revenue.
Support the company’s experimentation platform by enabling reliable exposure logging and metric collection.
Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics to ensure alignment of experimental data and support statistically sound analysis.
Document and promote best practices for experimentation and analytics implementation.
Improve event data flows to increase efficiency and reduce long-term maintenance costs.
Contribute to evolving the company’s experimentation frameworks while maintaining analytical rigor.

Skills Required:

5+ years of experience in frontend development, with strong expertise in React.js, React Native, and TypeScript.
Strong understanding of frontend data instrumentation and event modeling.
Experience with experimentation or A/B testing systems.
Proven ability to debug and resolve data quality issues.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Haves:

Familiarity with experimentation methodologies and statistical concepts.
Experience with analytics or experimentation tools.
Understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.

Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is implied; team members speak over 50 languages, indicating a diverse team environment.
