Key Responsibilities:
- Build experiences that connect users to the company ecosystem and encourage user engagement.
- Implement reusable services and components for marketing campaigns, onboarding, KYC, and funding experiences.
- Collaborate on distributed systems capable of handling large volumes of global traffic.
- Participate in design and architecture discussions, focusing on user impact and system scalability.
- Use data and experimentation frameworks to measure and enhance user behaviors.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including building and maintaining production systems at scale.
- Proficiency in full-stack applications using TypeScript, Rust, Go, Python, or Ruby, along with React or React Native.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, performance optimization, debugging, and secure software design.
- Familiarity with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Product mindset with a focus on metrics alongside coding practices.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment.
