The team focuses on building conversational agents deployed at scale, making significant real-world impacts through applications such as customer service in large call centers and AI-driven ordering systems.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers.
- Provide AI expertise to support the technical relationship with the company’s customers, managing product and solution briefings, creating demos, and developing proof-of-concept work.
- Partner directly with product management to prioritize solutions that enhance customer adoption of the company Cloud.
- Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required for comprehensive solutions using the company Cloud.
- Support developers, creators, and enterprises in leveraging the company’s Generative Language APIs to build their own AI products.
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and related events as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in software development.
- Experience programming with Python.
- Experience with data science or machine learning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
- Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems, and with machine learning technologies.
- Familiarity with GenAI, AI Agents, or related technologies.
- Experience building scalable end-to-end software architectures utilizing agentic or GenAI-driven capabilities.
- Understanding of Responsible AI practices.
