Senior Software Engineer - iOS

About the Job:
Avrioc Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - iOS to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining existing iOS applications, including fixing bugs and designing new custom components to meet project requirements. You will work in a fast-paced, learning-oriented environment, pushing the boundaries of technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain existing iOS apps, including bug fixing.
• Design and develop new custom components based on project requirements.
• Debug memory leaks using XCode and Instruments tools.
• Ensure quality and compliance standards are met within the team and adhere to industry best practices.
• Participate in projects from their inception.

Skills and Attributes:

• Profound knowledge of Swift and Objective-C, with expert-level proficiency in SwiftUI.
• Experience in writing unit test cases and familiarity with testing frameworks.
• Prior experience with Chat, Audio/Video Calling, or Live Video Streaming Solutions.
• Proven track record in scaling applications/services to millions of users.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and the ability to select the best solutions for products.
• Experience with Rest-APIs (JSON, XML) and databases like SQLite (CoreData).
• Knowledge of WebRTC and XMPP Frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with Version Control/CI tools such as Git and Fastlane.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing iOS Native programming.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience as an iOS Developer with a solid understanding of common programming architectures (e.g., MVVM, MVP, VIPER).
