Senior Software Engineer

The company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer specializing in Data Engineering and Power BI Analytics. This role will focus on designing, developing, and optimizing scalable data solutions within the Azure cloud environment, enabling advanced analytics and business intelligence using Power BI and SAP Business Objects.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable data processing pipelines and architectures within Azure Data Lake and Databricks.
• Implement and manage complex ETL/ELT data pipelines integrating data from multiple enterprise sources.
• Use Azure Data Factory for workflow orchestration, scheduling, and monitoring of enterprise data pipelines.
• Implement data quality validation frameworks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Maintain and develop enterprise Power BI solutions, including semantic models, datasets, dashboards, and analytical reports.
• Enable self-service analytics capabilities for business users by building reusable datasets and standardized data models.
• Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and data scientists to deliver integrated analytics solutions.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or Analytics platforms.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
