As a Senior Software Engineer, you will join a multidisciplinary community of developers, Agile coaches, designers, business strategists, and experts. Together, you will design and create industry-shaping products and tools for clients. The technologies often utilized include JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Angular.js, Next.js, Vue.js, Python, Java, C#, NodeJS, SQL, MongoDB, AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Responsibilities:
- Drive architectural design and make key technology decisions.
- Employ agile methodologies to build and deliver next-generation products at scale.
- Lead project workstreams to help clients build technical capabilities and foster a culture centered around engineering best practices and Agile values.
- Co-create solutions alongside clients and their leadership to grow into a recognized technology leader.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in software development with significant full-stack web application development experience preferred.
- Undergraduate or master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience across full application stacks, preferably with technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Java, C#, Node.js, AWS, Azure, and others.
- Experience in leading Agile teams, including coaching and modeling Agile practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, implementing engineering best practices.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is typically required; additional languages may be beneficial depending on client interactions.
