Senior Software Engineer - McKinsey Digital

As a Senior Software Engineer with the company, you will collaborate with clients across various sectors to leverage technology effectively. Your role will involve driving architectural design, making strategic technology decisions, and utilizing agile methodologies to build and deliver innovative products at scale.

You will lead project workstreams that enhance clients' technical capabilities and promote engineering best practices, user-centricity, and Agile values. As a core team member, your responsibilities include architectural design and strategic decision-making to develop next-generation products while working hands-on with clients to create solutions.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes developers, Agile coaches, designers, and business strategists, focusing on designing and building transformative products and tools with a commitment to continual learning and mentorship.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Undergraduate or master’s degree; or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in software development, particularly in full-stack web application development
• Proficient in a range of technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, and Python, among others
• Experience leading Agile teams and fostering Agile mindsets
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical team members

Additional Information:
