Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the development of groundbreaking privacy features within the Chainlink Runtime Environment.
- Shape the future of privacy technologies by contributing to the 12-month roadmap and driving innovative architectural designs.
- Influence long-term strategy with forward-thinking solutions ready for implementation.
- Lead architectural design initiatives that convert privacy roadmaps into actionable projects.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of privacy technologies across Chainlink's platforms and services.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Familiarity with privacy-preserving technologies and/or cryptography.
- Experience working with blockchains or distributed ledgers.
- Professional experience with large distributed systems.
- Experience with Trusted Execution Environments (e.g., SGX, AWS Nitro, GCP Confidential Compute).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Go, Rust, or familiarity with WASM.
- Proven product-focused engineering and customer empathy.
- Experience in traditional banking or finance systems is a plus.
- Experience writing production smart contracts in the EVM ecosystem is advantageous.
Work Conditions:
- This position is remote and global, with a preference for overlapping working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
