Senior Software Engineer - Python/MongoDB

Canonical is enabling high-performing, rock-solid MongoDB deployments on any cloud or platform chosen by our customers. Our goal is to create the world’s best open-source alternative to MongoDB Atlas or Amazon DocumentDB, empowering end-users to own, control, and operate their own solutions in multi-cloud or on-premise environments.

We are seeking an experienced Python developer with a background in MongoDB to assist us in building a fully managed MongoDB solution based on Juju. The aim is to establish the most reliable and secure way to deploy and operate MongoDB across various environments, including machines, VMs, public cloud, and Kubernetes. As part of a small team, you will be a key contributor, and your work will have a significant impact on the product and the wider ecosystem.
