Senior Software Engineer - Python/MongoDB

Canonical is enabling high-performing, rock-solid MongoDB deployments on any cloud or platform our customers choose. We aim to create the world's best open source alternative to MongoDB Atlas or Amazon DocumentDB, which can be owned and operated by end-users in their own multi-cloud or on-premise environments.

We are looking for an experienced Python developer with a background in MongoDB to help build a fully managed MongoDB solution based on Juju. Our goal is to develop the most reliable and secure method for deploying and operating MongoDB on various infrastructures, including machines, VMs, public cloud, and Kubernetes.

As part of a small MongoDB team, you will be a key contributor, with your work impacting both the product and the broader ecosystem.
