Senior Software Engineer - React Native - Growth

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of the Growth team, dedicated to expanding the company's user base by enhancing user experiences throughout their journey. Your role will involve designing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using React Native, optimizing activation processes, and developing innovative features to engage users.

In this position, you will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Design teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences and high user retention. You will also significantly influence technical decisions, contribute to product strategy, and mentor both junior and senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
• Optimize onboarding experiences and activation processes.
• Create and refine industry-leading first-time user experiences.
• Develop features to encourage user engagement and loyalty.
• Lead complex software systems development and set high coding standards.
• Drive improvements and advance software development processes.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of software development experience, particularly with web and mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React Native.
• Solid experience in API design, security, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with modern frontend development tools and practices.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with native mobile app development (iOS/Android).
• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry and blockchain technology.
