Senior Software Engineer - React Native - Growth

You will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using React Native.
• Creating captivating onboarding experiences that enhance user journeys.
• Streamlining the activation process to help new users quickly realize the value of our platform.
• Developing innovative features to incentivize user engagement and loyalty.
• Continuously refining strategies using data-driven insights and user feedback.
• Setting standards for high-quality code while influencing technical decisions and mentoring fellow engineers.
• Leading complex software systems development and driving process improvements.

What You'll Bring:

• A strong understanding of user behavior and data-driven decision-making.
• A creative mindset focused on designing standout user experiences.
• 6+ years of experience in software development, particularly with web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with React Native frameworks.
• Strong experience with API design, security, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks and modern build pipelines.
• Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and principles, particularly in the fintech or crypto space.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to Haves:

• Familiarity with native mobile app development (iOS/Android).
• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry and blockchain technology.
