You will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using React Native.
- Creating captivating onboarding experiences that enhance user journeys.
- Streamlining the activation process to help new users quickly realize the value of our platform.
- Developing innovative features to incentivize user engagement and loyalty.
- Continuously refining strategies using data-driven insights and user feedback.
- Setting standards for high-quality code while influencing technical decisions and mentoring fellow engineers.
- Leading complex software systems development and driving process improvements.
What You'll Bring:
- A strong understanding of user behavior and data-driven decision-making.
- A creative mindset focused on designing standout user experiences.
- 6+ years of experience in software development, particularly with web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with React Native frameworks.
- Strong experience with API design, security, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks and modern build pipelines.
- Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and principles, particularly in the fintech or crypto space.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to Haves:
- Familiarity with native mobile app development (iOS/Android).
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry and blockchain technology.
