Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust Rust services.
- Collaborate on seamless integration of new features and improvements.
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Compose technical specifications through RFCs and manage feature development from inception to deployment.
- Contribute to large-scale distributed systems architecture.
- Integrate third-party APIs and multiple blockchain networks into our products.
- Engage with onchain data.
Skills You Should HODL:
- 5+ years of engineering experience, ideally in a tech organization or startup.
- Extensive experience with Rust development (5+ years).
- Background in blockchain technology and DeFi.
- Security-first mindset in system design.
- Proficiency in debugging across the stack (OS, network, application).
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, RPC protocols, Kafka, and Event-Driven Systems.
- Experience with GraphQL, SQL, RESTful APIs, and WebSockets.
- Mentorship capabilities for other engineers and contribution to defining technical culture.
- Deep knowledge of one or more blockchain ecosystems (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana).
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
