As a fully remote organization with team members in over 70 countries, you will work alongside industry pioneers, developing premium crypto products for both experienced traders and newcomers. Your role will involve significant ownership of technical decisions, close collaboration with product teams, and engineering teams to deliver enhancements and new utilities to the platform.
Location: United Arab Emirates (Remote)
Work Conditions: Full-time, Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality applications using Typescript.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and team members to deliver features end-to-end.
- Write clean, maintainable code with an emphasis on type safety and performance.
- Review code, provide constructive feedback, and uphold engineering best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and technical roadmaps.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years of full-time engineering experience in a large technology organization or a fast-growing startup.
- Proficient in building backend services with Node.js and Typescript.
- Experience with GraphQL, SQL, RESTful APIs, and WebSockets.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and DeFi.
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals (data structures, APIs, async programming).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to document technical information clearly and communicate effectively.
- Understanding of user authentication and authorization in multi-system environments.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is expected; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial given the diverse team.
