Job Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy secure smart contracts using the Anchor framework.
- Develop DeFi Dapps with web3.js and Solana SDKs, integrating features like liquidity pools and other on-chain components.
- Optimize on-chain programs for scalability, security, and interoperability.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience focused on Solana (Rust/Anchor/Web3.js).
- Familiarity with Token-2022 standards and metadata configuration for Solana-based assets.
- Ability to implement common patterns (Vault, Escrow, etc.) in Solana account models.
- Deep understanding of Solana’s account model.
- Familiarity with security audits and mitigating vulnerabilities in smart contracts.
Preferred Skills:
- 8+ years of experience or Tech Lead in software development.
- 2-3 years of hands-on native Solana experience.
- Experience in one or more Dapps from research, design, development to production lifecycle.
- Contributions to open-source Solana projects.
- Knowledge of MEV (Maximal Extractable Value).
- Experience in live or previously active Solana dApps project is preferred.
