Senior Solution Architect

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will lead one or more workstreams in complex enterprise customer engagements. You will partner with key collaborators to achieve the vision while completing key deliverables. Your responsibilities will include serving as a trusted advisor, guiding customers in rationalizing and deploying new technologies, and directly interacting with technical and business team members.

Your role will require you to:

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the company's largest enterprise customers.
• Guide customer expectations and negotiate sophisticated solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions, define business requirements, and provide system designs.
• Analyze issues and engage with teams to resolve them proactively.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Extensive experience with configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-value business outcomes.

Preferred Requirements:

• Relevant Salesforce certifications and consulting experience are strongly recommended.
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
