Role Overview:
We are seeking a Solution Architect with strong pre-sales and solution-shaping experience to lead the definition, positioning, and articulation of enterprise-grade digital, data, and AI solutions during the sales process. This role focuses on translating customer business challenges into compelling and feasible solution architectures.

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Sales Solution Architecture & Shaping:
    • Own the end-to-end solution architecture during the pre-sales lifecycle, from opportunity qualification through proposal and customer presentation.
    • Translate customer business requirements into high-level solution architectures, ensuring alignment between business outcomes and technical approaches.
  • Architecture Definition & Conceptual Design:
    • Produce functional and technical architecture covering application and platform architecture, data and analytics solutions, integration patterns, and security considerations.
    • Ensure the proposed architectures are scalable, secure, and delivery-ready.
  • Commercial, Costing & Risk Alignment:
    • Support effort estimation and cost modeling in collaboration with delivery and finance teams.
    • Identify technical risks and balance solution quality, cost, and timeline to support competitive proposals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Storytelling:
    • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Proposal & Transition Support:
    • Provide technical leadership for proposals and collaborate with Technical Architects to ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales architecture, or senior technical consulting roles.
  • Strong experience working within sales environments, supporting opportunities from shaping to closure.
  • Proven ability to design and present enterprise-grade solutions across digital, data, cloud, and AI domains.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience engaging with diverse stakeholders.
