As an experienced Solution Architect on the Support Services Organization aligned with the Client team, you will work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise/consulting to our clients. You will prioritize, plan, and deliver solution-specific requests and projects both independently and in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment while working with Oracle Health technologies.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing your troubleshooting skills to perform investigations of front-end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally.
- Leveraging your solution expertise to bring about Oracle Health’s innovations and solution capabilities.
- Creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge transfer materials across the lifecycle of a project/investigation.
- Focusing on incident resolution, application maintenance, and providing tangible and measurable value outcomes that improve care delivery.
This position does not require a security clearance and is classified as a regular employee role. The role involves collaboration within a dynamic team and engagement with stakeholders in various contexts.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience working with CareAware solution modules.
- Sound knowledge of CareAware iBus and Device Integration.
- Experience in software implementation, at least 3+ years.
- Minimum of 3+ years in health care information technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in IT, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Experience working with Oracle Health Millennium.
- Background in Support or Application Managed Services organization.
