Senior Solution Architect: CareAware

As an experienced Solution Architect on the Support Services Organization aligned with the Client team, you will work in a team environment in Dubai, UAE, to provide functional and technical expertise/consulting to our clients. You will prioritize, plan, and deliver solution-specific requests and projects both independently and in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.

Your role will involve using your troubleshooting skills to perform investigations of front-end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally. You will leverage your solution expertise to facilitate Oracle Health’s innovations and solution capabilities. Responsibilities also include creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge transfer materials throughout the lifecycle of a project or investigation. Your goal will be to achieve incident resolution, application maintenance, and to provide tangible and measurable value outcomes that improve care delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders
• Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients
• Mitigate solution risks and issues
• Lead client meetings and events
• Drive internal team initiatives

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience working with CareAware solution modules (6+ years)
• Sound knowledge of CareAware iBus and Device Integration
• Software implementation work experience (3+ years)
• Healthcare information technology work experience (3+ years)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Experience working with Oracle Health Millennium
• Experience in Support or Application Managed Services organization
