Senior Solution Architect: CareAware

As an experienced Solution Architect on the Support Services Organization aligned with the Client team, you will work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise/consulting to our clients. Your role will involve working with Oracle Health technologies to prioritize, plan, and deliver solution-specific requests and projects, both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

You will utilize troubleshooting skills to investigate front-end applications, gather information, use troubleshooting tools, shadow end users, and test workflows internally and externally. Your solution expertise will help in driving Oracle Health’s innovations and solution capabilities. Your responsibilities will also include creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge transfer materials throughout the project lifecycle. The ultimate goal is to resolve incidents, maintain applications, and provide measurable value outcomes that enhance care delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience working with CareAware solution modules (6+ years).
• Sound knowledge of CareAware iBus and Device Integration.
• Provide solution oversight and expertise to stakeholders.
• Lead client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations.
• Mitigate solution risks and issues, and lead client meetings and internal team initiatives.
• 3+ years of software implementation experience and 3+ years in healthcare information technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience working with Oracle Health Millennium.
• Experience in a Support or Application Managed Services organization.
