Position

As an experienced Senior Solution Architect in the Support Services Organization aligned with the Client team, you will provide functional and technical expertise/consulting to clients. You will work with the company Health technologies, prioritizing, planning, and delivering solution-specific requests and projects both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include utilizing troubleshooting skills to investigate front-end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows. You will also leverage your solution expertise to drive the company Health's innovations. Additionally, you will create and maintain documentation and knowledge transfer materials throughout the lifecycle of a project or investigation. The ultimate goal is incident resolution, application maintenance, and delivering measurable value outcomes that enhance care delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in IT, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, particularly with Carenet modules (mPage, Phys Doc, nursing integration, etc.) and integrated solution modules.
  • Proven experience with the company Health Powerchart, Orders, and Dynamic Documentation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the company Health Millennium.
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Powerchart, PowerOrders, Powerforms, Iviews, mPages, Discern Rule configurations (EKM Rules), the company Health Custom Reporting (CCL), and Integrated Carenet modules.
  • Experience working in a Support or Application Managed Services organization.
  • At least 3+ years of software implementation and healthcare information technology work experience.

Work Conditions:

  • Travel may be required based on business needs (10% - 20%).
  • Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed and permitted by local regulations.
