Position

As an experienced Senior Solution Architect on the Support Services Organization aligned with the Client team, you will work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise/consulting to our clients. Your primary responsibility will involve working with the company Health technologies to prioritize, plan, and deliver solution-specific requests and projects both independently and collaboratively.

You will utilize your troubleshooting skills for investigating front-end applications, gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally. Additionally, your solution expertise will help in bringing about the company Health’s innovations and solution capabilities. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge transfer materials throughout a project’s lifecycle.

Your goal will be to resolve incidents, maintain applications, and provide measurable value outcomes that improve care delivery.

Location: United Arab Emirates (Remote)
Work Conditions: Full-time, Remote; Travel requirement: 10% - 20% based on business needs; Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in IT, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, with a strong focus on Carenet (e.g., mPage, Phys Doc, nursing integration) modules and integrated solution modules.
  • Proven experience with the company Health Powerchart, Orders, and Dynamic Documentation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with the company Health Millennium.
  • Technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with: Powerchart, PowerOrders, Powerforms, Iviews, mPages, Discern Rule configurations (EKM Rules), the company Health Custom Reporting (CCL), Integrated Carenet modules.
  • Experience in Support or Application Managed Services organizations.
  • At least 3+ years of software implementation work experience.
  • At least 3+ years in healthcare information technology.

Expectations:

  • Consult with clients on service line workflow and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts for Carenet modules.
  • Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Carenet modules.
  • Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Stay current on evolving features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Mitigate solution risks and issues.
  • Lead client meetings and events.
  • Drive internal team initiatives.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
