As a Senior Solution Architect on our International Support team, you will drive success by providing functional and technical expertise, incident resolution, and application maintenance for our primary health products, specifically Direct Care - Capacity Management, Direct Care - BMDI, and Direct Care - MDi.
The position is full-time, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a requirement to work from the Oracle office five days a week, travel up to 25%, and participate in on-call support as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and plan issue resolutions both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Investigate front-end applications.
- Create and maintain documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
- Participate in on-call support as needed.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in Healthcare IT, specifically with Oracle Health Millennium Blood Bank, Microbiology, Helix, and Anatomic Pathology. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Fluent English skills are required.
