Key Responsibilities:

  • Become the technical leader at assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships to understand their goals, challenges, and desired outcomes while serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Act as the technical advisor to the Sales team, providing strategic input on all technical aspects of the sales process.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and mitigate technical blockers, understand requirements, and align the company's solutions with customer needs.
  • Assist in developing proposals and responding to RFPs with technical expertise and solution recommendations.
  • Design and present technical solutions that address customer challenges and align with business objectives.
  • Lead technical sales conversations, articulating how the company's portfolio meets both technical and organizational needs.
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance and support, resolving issues and driving adoption.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for expansion, and address any gaps.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in solution architecture and managing the full sales lifecycle (pre- and post-sales).
  • Experienced in the company's product portfolio, particularly in hybrid cloud, automation, virtualization, containerization, DevOps, and platform engineering.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience in customer success and technical account planning or related roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Strong discovery, problem-solving, and analytical skills to architect appropriate solutions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customer and business requirements.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills relevant to the region may be advantageous.
