Leverage deep technical knowledge, industry understanding, and solution selling skills to serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate complex situations with the company's offerings. This involves leading and coordinating cross-functional teams, including sales, services, and customer success, to ensure strategic alignment, impactful execution, and the achievement of measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become the technical leader at assigned customer accounts, building relationships to understand their goals, challenges, and desired outcomes.
  • Act as the technical advisor to the sales team, providing strategic input on technical aspects of the sales process and collaborating to mitigate technical blockers.
  • Assist in developing proposals and responding to RFPs with technical expertise and solution recommendations.
  • Design and present technical solutions addressing customer challenges and align with business objectives.
  • Lead technical sales conversations, articulating how the company's portfolio meets both technical and organizational needs.
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance and support to resolve issues and drive adoption.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for expansion and upsell.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in solution architecture, consultative selling, and managing the full sales lifecycle (pre- and post-sales).
  • Familiarity with the company's product portfolio, particularly in hybrid cloud, automation, virtualization, containerization, DevOps, and platform engineering.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executive-level stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in customer success, technical account planning, or related roles.
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships through collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customer and business requirements.

Language Requirements:
Knowledge of Arabic may be beneficial to effectively engage with local stakeholders.
