Position

The company KSA Sales organization is seeking a Senior Solution Architect with proven experience in the Energy sector to join our Account SA team in Riyadh. This role is pivotal in delivering the company’s value throughout the full customer lifecycle, from early discovery and solution design to adoption, success, and growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate complex situations with the company's offerings, while leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and impactful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become the technical leader at assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Act as a technical advisor to the Sales team, providing strategic input on all technical aspects of the sales process.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and mitigate technical blockers and align the company's solutions with customer needs.
  • Assist in developing proposals and responding to RFPs with technical expertise.
  • Design and present technical solutions that address customer challenges and align with business objectives.
  • Lead technical sales conversations, articulating how the company's portfolio meets both technical and organizational needs.
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance and support to customers, resolving issues and driving adoption.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in solution architecture and consultative selling.
  • Familiarity with the company's product portfolio, particularly in hybrid cloud, automation, virtualization, containerization, DevOps, and platform engineering.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience in customer success or related roles focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize across multiple customer accounts.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customer and business requirements.

Language Requirements: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic may be advantageous given the regional focus.
