Position

Join Oracle's Support Services Organization as an experienced Senior Solution Architect focused on Foreign System Interface (FSI). In this role, you will leverage Oracle's world-class technology to develop, implement, and support our global infrastructure. You will work within a collaborative environment to offer both functional and technical expertise to clients regarding Oracle Health technologies.

Responsibilities include prioritizing and managing solution-specific requests and projects, troubleshooting front-end applications, and conducting investigations based on user feedback and testing. You will also create and maintain documentation and knowledge transfer materials throughout the project lifecycle, aiming for incident resolution and improving care delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience with Foreign System Interface (FSI) and integrated solution modules.
  • Strong knowledge of HL7, Open Port, Open Engine, and OPENLink.
  • 3+ years of software implementation experience and health care information technology work.
  • Ability to provide solution oversight and drive client-specific configurations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in IT, Healthcare, or related fields, or relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Health Millennium and interface creation/scripting.
  • Experience in a Support or Application Managed Services organization.

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time, remote work.
  • Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
  • Travel needs based on business requirements (10% - 20%).
