We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect with strong expertise across solution architecture, application architecture, cloud-native technologies, and security architecture to support large-scale Digital Products and Digital Onboarding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in designing secure, resilient, scalable, and high-performance solutions across web applications, mobile applications, microservices, APIs, cloud platforms, containers, event-driven architectures, and enterprise ecosystems. The role requires a strong balance of customer experience, business requirements, performance, reliability, resiliency, and security, along with the ability to work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, engineering teams, information security teams, and other architecture functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enforce architecture standards, guidelines, patterns, and best practices.
- Design and deliver end-to-end solution architectures based on requirements from product owners and business stakeholders.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and resilient architecture solutions.
- Design and oversee integration of applications with surrounding enterprise ecosystems, including mobile applications, microservices, APIs, event streams, message brokers, containers, and cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate with Information Security teams to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of enterprise data and technology assets.
- Deliver complete and self-sufficient architecture solutions and design documents within agreed timelines.
- Conduct architecture peer reviews and ensure proposed solutions align with established standards and reference architectures.
- Coach and mentor associate and junior architects.
Required Technical & Architecture Skills
Solution & Application Architecture
- Minimum 5+ years of experience designing applications, including web and mobile applications.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience designing microservices and APIs.
- Deep understanding of modern architectural patterns including Microservices, API architecture, Application architecture, and Event-driven architecture.
Cloud & Cloud-Native Architecture
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working with cloud-native technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Security Architecture
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Cyber Security / Information Security.
- Strong understanding of Security Architecture principles and experience collaborating with Information Security teams.
Integration & Enterprise Ecosystem
- Strong experience integrating applications with enterprise technologies including Mobile applications, Microservices, and REST/API ecosystems.
