As an experienced Solution Architect on the Support Services Organization aligned with the Client team, you will work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise/consulting to our clients. You will prioritize, plan, and deliver solution-specific requests and projects both independently and in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment using your expertise in the company Health technologies. Your role involves investigating front-end applications by gathering information, utilizing troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally. You will contribute to the company Health's innovations and solution capabilities while creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge transfer materials throughout the lifecycle of a project/investigation. The primary goal is incident resolution, application maintenance, and delivering tangible, measurable value outcomes that enhance care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in IT, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, with a strong focus on Pharmacy modules and integrated solution modules.
- Proven experience on the company Health Pharmacy Inpatient, Outpatient & Supply chain, integrated Solution Modules (CareNet).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Customer service experience, at least 2 years.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with the company Health Millennium.
- Experience in technical troubleshooting skills.
- Preferred experience working with: Pharmacy, Supply chain, Point of care, Discern Rule configurations (EKM Rules), the company Health Custom Reporting (CCL), Integrated Carenet modules.
- Experience working in Support or Application Managed Services organization.
- Software implementation work experience, at least 3+ years.
- Health care information technology work, at least 3+ years.
