This Senior Solution Architect position focuses on the entire security solution, understanding customer requirements, developing aligned solutions, and managing the complete solution, including supplier management and customer satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support customers in technical choices and promote Thales solutions (SDP, etc.).
- Describe and structure the architectures of future security systems in coordination with project and engineering teams.
- Act as Design Authority.
- Coordinate internal and external partners for a coherent vision and architecture.
- Participate in the costing of technical solutions ensuring competitiveness.
- Oversee the choice of technical solutions, extending into the next 15 to 30 years.
- Communicate solutions in support of PRS strategy, sales management, and domain management.
- Participate in and guide technical policy.
Work Experience Requirements:
- 15 years of experience in various Systems Engineering lifecycle activities.
- 5 years of experience in different Technical Management positions.
- Demonstrable experience in creating the architecture of a complete solution based on customer requirements within Physical Security Systems.
Preferred Skills:
- A structured approach to systems architectures and associated modeling tools.
- Wide-ranging technical skills in information systems, sensors, end-effectors, and managed services infrastructure.
- An understanding of digital technologies deployed in the Cloud.
- Ability to analyze operational needs and extract technical requirements.
- Capacity to manage technical contributors and various GBUs, assembly, and integration partners.
- An innovative vision with a 15-year solution-building perspective, maintaining a pragmatic approach throughout system delivery.
- Strong capacity for conviction to support Thales' strategic statements.
