As a Senior Solution Architect in Oracle's Support Services Organization aligned with the Client team, you will work in a team environment to provide both functional and technical expertise to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing, implementing, and supporting Oracle's global infrastructure using Oracle Health technologies.
- Prioritizing, planning, and delivering solution-specific requests and projects both independently and collaboratively.
- Utilizing troubleshooting skills to investigate front-end applications by gathering relevant information, shadowing end users, and testing workflows.
- Creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge transfer materials throughout the project lifecycle.
- Aiming for incident resolution, application maintenance, and delivering measurable outcomes that enhance care delivery.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, with a strong emphasis on Carenet modules and integrated solution modules.
- Proven experience with Oracle Health Powerchart, Orders, and Dynamic Documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
- At least 4 years of customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Health Millennium.
- Technical troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with Powerchart, PowerOrders, Powerforms, Iviews, mPages, Discern Rule configurations, and Oracle Health Custom Reporting.
- Experience in support or application managed services organizations.
- Software implementation experience for at least 4+ years.
- Healthcare information technology work experience for at least 4+ years.
Responsibilities:
- Manage aspects of internal deployment projects and communicate with internal teams on status and issues.
- Define business specifications for the global deployment of applications and integrate product components.
- Manage product gaps and drive specifications for data migration and interfaces.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide technical support for implemented applications.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is likely necessary for effective communication in this role.
