You will be responsible for prioritizing, planning, and delivering solution-specific projects both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. This includes troubleshooting front-end applications, conducting investigations, creating and maintaining documentation, and ensuring incident resolution and application maintenance to improve care delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in IT, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, especially with Carenet (mPage, Phys Doc, nursing integration) modules and integrated solution modules.
- Proven experience with Oracle Health Powerchart, Orders, and Dynamic Documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- At least 4 years of customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Health Millennium.
- Technical troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with Powerchart, PowerOrders, Powerforms, Iviews, mPages, Discern Rule configurations, Oracle Health Custom Reporting, and Integrated Carenet modules.
- Experience in Support or Application Managed Services organization.
- At least 4+ years of software implementation experience and 4+ years in healthcare information technology.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of internal deployment projects and coordinate with internal teams on status and issues.
- Define business specifications for global application deployment and product integration.
- Manage product setup and configuration along with internal business process teams.
- Oversee user acceptance testing and the transfer of information to internal teams.
- Provide technical support for implemented applications and manage product enhancements based on business specifications.
