Senior Solution Architect (Pre-Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as an IT expert and technology evangelist, guiding customers through their technical evaluation process.
• Analyze and architect scalable, secure solutions on the company platform.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and RFPs.
• Evaluate customer IT ecosystems to demonstrate the integration capabilities of the company.
• Execute high-value Proofs of Concept in collaboration with internal teams.
• Enable partner programs by providing technical training and support to regional Systems Integrators.
• Act as a primary technical liaison between customers, partners, and global engineering teams.
• Represent the company at major industry events as a technical speaker.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consulting within an enterprise software environment.
• Strong understanding of web/mobile application development, database concepts, and cloud architectures.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical architectures to non-technical stakeholders.
• Flexibility for regional travel across the GCC/MEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
