Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an IT expert and evangelist, supporting customers throughout their technical evaluation by delivering high-quality presentations and workshops.
- Analyze customers' functional and technical requirements to design effective technical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to create compelling proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Gain an understanding of customers' IT architecture to determine how the company's technology fits within their ecosystems.
- Work with the company's Solution delivery team to deliver successful Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
- Develop technical capabilities with the company's partners to enhance their ability to sell and deliver our solutions.
- Embrace non-traditional pre-sales activities, ensuring effective communication between customers, the Product team, and the Support team.
- Manage partner enablement programs by providing training and resources to partner teams during sales opportunities.
- Represent the company as a speaker at events and review official announcements.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience within a software company.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Knowledge of web and mobile app development, business modeling, database concepts, and project management, preferably using Agile methodologies.
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical material clearly.
- Deep understanding of technical architectures and product positioning.
- Strong business acumen is a plus.
- Availability to travel.
- Fluent communication in Arabic and English is required.
