Senior Solution Architect

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect knowledgeable in the banking, accounting, payments, or settlements domains. Prior experience in wealth management, capital markets, funds, ETFs, or equities is preferred. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong aptitude for learning and adapting to new domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in and/or lead projects involving the design and architecture of resilient, reliable, and secure applications (including mobile applications) within a microservices and API-based ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Work with Agile methodologies, including Agile team concepts and ceremonies.

Technical Competencies:

• Over five years of experience in developing end-to-end design patterns and solutions for applications (backend and frontend, including mobile apps), APIs, message brokers, event-streams, and microservices on container-based/cloud-native infrastructure.
• Knowledge of architectural design principles and patterns, cyber and information security controls, and regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI-DSS, UAE Central Bank, GDPR).
• Familiar with integrating cybersecurity controls and strategies, as well as Artificial Intelligence concepts including Machine Learning and Generative AI.
