In this role, you'll be part of the Support Services Organization, collaborating with the Client team to provide both functional and technical expertise to our clients. You will engage with health technologies, prioritizing and delivering solutions in a fast-paced team environment. The successful candidate will utilize troubleshooting skills to investigate front-end applications and improve care delivery by achieving incident resolution and application maintenance.
Responsibilities Include:
- Implement and support custom revenue cycle solutions tailored to client needs.
- Direct engagement with clients, providing recommendations and resolving critical issues.
- High-quality support for RCM solutions, ensuring patient care and safety.
- Complex troubleshooting and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Enhance the client experience by automating processes and delivering optimized solutions.
- Serve as a point of contact for RCM solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in information technology, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, particularly with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) modules.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with patient accounting modules and related workflows.
- Strong technical troubleshooting capabilities.
- Proficiency in writing and optimizing CCL (Cerner Command Language) queries.
- Prior software implementation experience.
Expectations:
- 100% onsite work at the client facility in Abu Dhabi.
- Flexibility to work additional or irregular hours as required.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (additional languages may be beneficial).
