Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant focused on Operate Solutions. In this role, you will be pivotal within the EMIA Pre-Sales team and report directly to the Director of Pre-Sales. Your primary responsibility includes driving technical excellence across Hexagon’s Operate Solutions portfolio, which encompasses PAS Plant State Integrity, PAS Automation Integrity, J5 Operations Management Solutions, and AKMS.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor during pre-sales engagements—developing detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), delivering tailored solution demonstrations, and demonstrating how Hexagon's solutions can enhance operational performance, safety, and asset integrity. This role requires you to collaborate closely with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams to design and deliver technically sound proposals that address complex operational challenges.
Additionally, you will lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and design targeted training sessions for internal sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams, enabling them to effectively communicate the value of Operate Solutions. A hands-on approach with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable proposals is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and demonstrate Hexagon Operate Solutions.
- Engage with enterprise IT teams, including system architecture planning and deployment.
- Develop and deliver technical demonstrations for complex industrial environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and manage time effectively while committing to continuous learning.
- Travel regionally as required.
Minimum Education / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Implementation experience with PAS Plant State Integrity, PAS Automation Integrity, J5, or AKMS.
- Proven skills in solution design, estimations, requirements gathering, and delivering technical demonstrations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications such as TÜV Functional Safety or ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with DCS, SIS, PLCs, and hands-on experience with OT environments including SCADA.
- Understanding of operations & maintenance processes and familiarity with industrial software delivery.
