Position

We are searching for a Senior Solution Consultant to be part of our Middle East & Africa pre-sales team! As a Solution Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to our customers and prospects, understanding their business landscape and objectives whilst demonstrating and articulating the value of the company Experience Cloud solutions. You'll provide our customers with advice on digital change, helping them to utilize the company's Data, Journeys & Marketing Automation solutions to strengthen their brand and grow their business.

As a core member of the team, you’ll also collaborate with and support our sales, customer success, and product organizations in order to support the sale, adoption, and renewal of company solutions. The ideal candidate will have a mix of immediate Presales (Solution Consulting) experience and a blended technical and digital marketing knowledge set with a critical eye for presentation and compelling demonstrations. You’ll have the confidence to discuss our solutions and technology with both marketing and IT customers at all levels.

Location: KAFD, Riyadh
Hours of work: 40 hours per week

Requirements

  • Three years or more experience in a Presales capacity positioning and demonstrating analytical, personalization, customer journey & marketing automation solutions ideally with aligned company solutions
  • A very strong understanding of marketing, data, analytics, marketing automation & customer journeys technology and how this can drive digital transformation and business outcomes
  • A very strong understanding of Digital Marketing and emerging trends
  • Experience with a subset of, or all of company Analytics, company Target, company Campaign, company Experience platform & apps
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture concepts, knowing where and how company Solutions typically sit and add value
  • A good grasp of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, SQL, APIs, and database management would be a benefit
  • A strong track record of being able to identify critical business issues using advanced discovery techniques and providing solution-based approaches
  • Exceptional presentation skills and conversational skills, including solution demonstrations using ‘Value Based Selling’ techniques to different audience types
