Senior Solution Consultant

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to support enterprise customer engagements. The role involves partnering with key stakeholders to deliver customer return on investment while acting as a hands-on advisor. The ideal candidate will leverage their solution and technical knowledge, along with their understanding of Salesforce products and the client's business, to guide customers through complex challenges.

As a trusted advisor, the Senior Solution Consultant will:

• Present solutions effectively to obtain customer acceptance.
• Identify and manage key risks, facilitating resolution discussions.
• Collaborate with various teams to analyze information and create comprehensive technology solutions that meet client needs.
• Contribute to the overall consulting practice and knowledge base.

Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time
Travel Requirement: 25% travel

Minimum Requirements:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in enterprise consulting with a record of increasing responsibility.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas effectively.
• A meticulous approach to learning new concepts and technologies.
• Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes.
• Resourceful problem-solver with the capacity to navigate challenges.

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent validated work experience.
• Proven success in translating business user stories into technical requirements.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications and consulting experience are highly recommended.

Language Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are required.
