Position

We are searching for a Senior Solution Consultant to be part of our Middle East & Africa pre-sales team! As a Solution Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to our customers. Understanding their business landscape and objectives, you will demonstrate and articulate the value of the company Experience Cloud solutions and how they optimise their digital strategies. You'll provide our customers with advice on digital change, helping them to utilise the company's content supply chain solutions and grow their business.

The Solution Consultant will actively drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products. This role requires solution selling capabilities, strong business instincts, and direct, in-person consultation with customers.

Location: KAFD, Riyadh
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week

Requirements:

  • Three years or more experience in a Presales capacity positioning and demonstrating content & workflow solutions, ideally with aligned company solutions.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing, content management, omnichannel content delivery, and the role this technology plays in driving digital transformation.
  • Experience with company Content Supply Chain solutions (company Experience Manager, company Workfront, and Creative Cloud).
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and work with company sales to craft an appropriate strategy to close the sale.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and conversational skills.
