As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our geographically dispersed Presales team, directly supporting our sales efforts with enterprise clients. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance throughout the sales cycle to identify and fulfill customer needs, delivering customized technical presentations on BMC Helix Solutions, and participating actively in sales calls.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive opportunities by providing technical guidance during the sales cycle.
- Customize and deliver presentations on BMC Helix Solutions, illustrating their value to customers.
- Manage technical requirements and simplify processes related to complex sales.
- Write Proof of Value success criteria for client solution validation.
- Provide demonstrations and presentations at webinars and marketing events.
- Review RFP requirements with sales and clients to establish appropriate solutions and provide consultative input.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong ability to communicate technical and business information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Hands-on experience with Helix ITSM, with a focus on Digital Service Operations Management.
- Understanding of emerging technologies, particularly in AI, GenAI, and Machine Learning.
- Familiarity with basic API development technologies such as REST APIs and JSON.
- Experience with leading cloud provider technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal relationship-building skills.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent/native Arabic and English are essential.
Work Conditions:
- This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.
- You should be willing to travel for short durations within KSA (1-3 days) and abroad (up to a week).
- Candidates must be residing in KSA, Riyadh.
