Your Mission:
As a Solutions Consultant, you will partner with the Account Executive to drive revenue through technical ownership of opportunity pursuits throughout the sales cycle. This role requires a balance of business and technical skills with the ability to present and demonstrate our solutions to diverse audiences while establishing strong relationships across the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively support end-to-end sales activities, creating strong value propositions.
  • Analyze customer business requirements to identify opportunities.
  • Transform strategic business challenges into the company capabilities.
  • Articulate solutions that fit client needs during deal processes.
  • Drive end-user adoption of the company products through various seminars and training.
  • Collaborate with Customer Delivery and Professional Services to implement solutions.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including writing blogs and speaking at events.
  • Lead technical engagements throughout the sales process.
  • Stay updated on industry changes and Presales community.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in a customer-facing, account management, or strategic consulting role.
  • Technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with innovative ideas to foster customer loyalty and adoption.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven experience in building relationships.
  • Diplomacy and poise under pressure while addressing customer issues.
  • Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Requirements: Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic is mandatory.
  • Previous experience with the company or other automation platforms and Test Automation tools is an advantage.
