Senior Solution Engineer

About the Job:
The Senior Solution Engineer at the company provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying technology and applications to client business needs. This role involves facilitating customer understanding through presentations, demonstrations, and benchmarks, as well as providing support throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Provide presales technical and functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.
• Act as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants.
• Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and demonstrations.
• Present and articulate advanced product features, benefits, product future direction, and overall solutions.
• Design, validate, and present software solutions, including advanced product concepts and third-party complementary products.
• Develop and manage reference sites through high-quality technical and professional client relationships.
