We are seeking a customer-facing, hands-on technologist with a successful track record to join our team in Saudi Arabia as a Senior Solutions Engineer. In this role, you will own the technical sales process from introductory meetings through post-sales, supporting customer satisfaction, upselling, and subscription renewals. You will design solutions to meet customer needs, demonstrate the company's products compellingly, and advocate for customer requirements with our Product Management and Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the technical sales process from new sales through customer satisfaction.
- Support technical needs of customers, discovering new use cases for the company's technology.
- Design solutions based on customer requirements and common architectural patterns.
- Present product roadmaps and visions to inspire customers.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and other teams to highlight the company's value.
- Participate in external events, including conferences, meetups, and webinars.
Requirements:
- Passion for technology and its impact on organizations.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in pre-sales.
- Ability to create and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations.
- Familiarity with Big Data, Data Warehousing, or Relational Databases.
- Experience with one or more major cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Background in Data Engineering, Data Science, or Machine Learning is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a drive to ensure customer success.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
