We are seeking a Senior Solution Engineer who excels at solving complex customer problems and securing large deals. In this role, you will work directly with the accounts sales team and channel partners to understand customer needs, strategize on winning sales cycles, provide compelling value-based demonstrations, support enterprise Proof of Concepts, and ultimately close business.

As a the company Solution Engineer, you will share our passion for driving AI Data Cloud adoption, thrive in a dynamic environment, and demonstrate the flexibility to take action. You must feel at ease in both business and technical contexts, capable of engaging with executives as well as conversing with technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present the company technology and vision, focusing on the AI Data Cloud, to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers.
  • Demonstrate and communicate the value of the company technology throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of concept to design and implementation.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and positioning of the company.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to enhance the company’s products and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10+ years of industry pre-sales experience.
  • Outstanding presentation skills and an executive presence for engaging diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding and experience with value-based selling and sales methodologies/frameworks (e.g., MEDDPIC/MEDDIC).
  • Extensive experience with Data platforms, analytics, and cloud technologies, particularly in data warehousing, data lakes, and lake house architectures.
  • Proven ability to articulate the value of Generative AI and Machine Learning (ML) use cases for enterprises.
  • Familiarity with core data concepts such as data modeling, governance, and engineering best practices.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Python and SQL.
  • University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in the UAE market is preferred.
  • Arabic fluency is highly desirable.
