Senior Solution Engineer

As part of our mission, we're looking for a Senior Solution Engineer to join our Digital Business Automation Presales team.

In this role, you will collaborate directly with Sales and Presales organizations, developing strategies, timelines, and deliverables to align customer initiatives with BMC’s solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with sales teams to translate complex customer needs into innovative solutions delivering both business and technical value.
• Simplifying communication of technical and business content for diverse audiences.
• Documenting customers’ current states and metrics to define suitable solutions and support business case creation.
• Delivering compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts.

We are seeking candidates with a strong consultative approach and the ability to challenge themselves and innovate in problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in a presales capacity or a relatable technical role.
• Proven capability to understand a client’s technical architecture and emerging technologies.
• Subject matter expertise in workload automation/orchestration solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to create and deliver compelling demonstrations.

Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic and working proficiency in English.
